For account or access support, include the email address linked to your K53 Ready account. This helps support identify the account without asking for your password.
Full Access And Purchases
- In the iOS app, Full Access is purchased through Apple in-app purchase.
- Use Restore Apple Purchase in the app if your Apple purchase does not show.
- K53 Ready stores only the purchase status and access period needed for support.

Privacy and account deletion information is available on the Privacy page. You can request account deletion from the app support flow using the email address linked to your K53 Ready account.
